Today I have an awesome combo! I started off with Illamasqua DWS, a beautiful grey creme. This is two coats. Illamasqua has such a fantastic formula!
Then I put one coat of KB Shimmer Pixie Tears over top, which is a clear base with micro shimmer flakies.
I loved this pairing, when it caught the light it was just stunning!
