What the Hayley Are You Doing?

Today I thought I would feature another polish similar to what I posted yesterday, Lacquistry What the Hayley Are You Doing?   This is a departure from her normal glitter bomb polishes and I love how rich it is.  I didn't need to use any undies for this either!

I thought it applied very well and loved all of the multitude of colors.  It really came alive in the sun.  Soft greens and purples accent this beauty!

Excuse the tips, stupid Seche and shrinkage!  SHRINKAGE!  ARGH.  Bane of my existence

Lacquistry can be purchased on her Etsy Shop.

Moondancing with the Duseldorfs

Today, I started with two coats of OPI Suzi and the Seven Duseldorfs.  I didn't get photos of this one and I'm not sure why.  It went on well and had that signature metallic shine the Oktoberfest collection is famous for.  I'll try to get this one alone some time in the future!

Then, I topped it with two coats of Deborah Lippmann Moondance.  This was part of the Rock this Town Trio.  I really liked the multi-faceted look of this, it has purple with teal mixed in.  It gives the polish a lot of depth.

I hope everyone is having a great week!  Don't forget to enter the Share the Love contest!!!

OPI can be purchased at Ulta, Deborah Lippmann can be purchased at Nordstrom.

Bells & Whistles under the Purple Rain

Today I have an untried brand to show you, Laqa & Co.  This is Bells and Whistles, a plum.  I loved the formula and how it applied, it was almost a one coater.  However, because of the long brush, it has this thing where the drops will come down the stem and pool over your nails after a few strokes.  It was maddening.  It is why I'm not a huge fan of these tall, thin bottles.  The end result was great though.

Then I topped it with Glitzology Purple Rain.  LOVE.  Great combo of glitters, easy to control on the brush, fun blingy nails.  Everything I love in a topper.  I'm a big fan of Glitzology polishes and I just ordered a bunch more with her sale last week.  WAHOO!

Showing off the holo sparkles

Look at all of the glitters in this baby!
I purchased Laqa & Co off of sneakpeq, Glitzology can be purchased in her Etsy Store.

A Long Winter's Nap

This is three coats of Girly Bits a Long Winter's Nap.  A beautiful blue-gray jelly with iridescent glitters in it.   As you can see, there is still some visible nail line, so I probably should have layered it, but I just wanted to give it a go and see how buildable it would be.

This is a nice soft palate cleanser after some of the boom polish combos I've been using.

As with all of my Girly Bits, I've been very happy with the quality of the polish and the ability to spread it on the nail.  This is one of the indie sellers I have the most polishes from for a reason!

Girly Bits can be purchased through her Big Cartel Store.

Luke of the Draw

This is another beauty from the Nicole by OPI Modern Family line called Luke of the Draw.  A silver glitter suspended in a black jelly base.  I didn't layer this, but rather decided to build it.  This is three coats.  I actually liked the depth that gave it.

I thought this was very easy to apply and very eye-catching in the light.  The glitters weren't too "gritty" and so it didn't need a ton of top coat.

All and all I've been loving my NOPI polishes from this collection.  Naturally I go out to buy more and they are no where to be found at my CVS anymore.  Sigh.  Story of my life!

Still working out the kinks with the new camera, the flash fires all of the time!  I think the photo quality is better, but I am still figuring it all out.

I Want Berry Blue NOW!

I started off this mani with a stunning deep blue jelly, Barielle Berry Blue.  What a surprise the formula on this one was, it was magnificent!  This is a great base to work with and given the high volume of blue glitters I have in my collection, I see this becoming a mainstay.  I was very happy with the application of this, I thought it went on easily and had great coverage.

Then I topped it with one coat of Smitten I Want It Now, a fun green/blue small hex glitter combo that gave it some punch.  Great combo!  Another blue manicure!  I suppose I have a case of the "blues" lately!  lol

Back in my EcoPolo Days...

I started out with two coats from the Nicole by OPI collection, Back in My Gloria Days.  An awesome fun metallic magenta.  It was very easy to apply and looked fantastic on the nail.  There is a very subtle color shift under the lights.

Then I topped it with two coats of a custom polish Amy's Nail Boutique she formulated for members of the East Coast Nail Polish Lovers group (hence ECoPoLo).  This is a fantastic glitter spread that we all went gaga over.  Plus, it has circle glitter!

Nicole by OPI can be purchased at CVS.  Amy's Nail Boutique can be purchased through her Etsy store.

The Bride Turned Blue on Baker Street

Aaah, Nails Inc Baker Street.  The love of this community for being an outstanding blue.  I'm really on a blue kick lately aren't I?  Which is funny because I never thought of blue as being my "go to", but it seems I am drawn to it.  It IS my favorite color, but I figured for nails it is a bit more "out there", but I have ceased to care.  lol.

Baker Street is amazeballs.  I love it.  I'd marry it and have its blue babies.  If I had to pick one cobalt blue polish to live with for the rest of my life?  This would be it.

I decided to top it with Lynnderella The Bride Turned Blue.  Meh.  This is probably one of the few rare misses for Lynnderella for me.  Great formula, it just didn't have that POP that I feel Lynnderella is known for.  It is pretty, don't get me wrong, but it just wasn't the WOW factor that I like spending absurd amounts of money on one polish for!  This baby found a new home of a friend who always wanted a Lynnderella.  She is now cherished and adored as all polishes should be!

Nails Inc can be purchased at Sephora.  Lynnderella can be purchased through her ebay store.

The Wine-ers are Smashed

Today I have another new brand for me Estee Lauder.  I've been wanting to try this since I saw a swatch of it a while back.  I loved it!

This is two coats of Smashed below.  A beautiful multi-faceted wine color.   I was happy with the formula, although I will say watch the cuticles with this one during application, it is hard to clean up off of them (as you can see!).  I will definitely be purchasing more Estee Lauder polishes in the future.

As the tips started to wear a bit, I added Lacquistry Coal for Wine-ers on the top.  GUH.  I loved it!  What a great pair.  You know how much I love Lacquistry and this is no exception.  I'm always impressed how she can pack so much glitter and have it still apply easily.

Look at the glitter spread on this baby!  AMAZING!

Estee Lauder can be purchased at Macy's or Nordstrom.  Lacquistry can be purchased from her Etsy store.

Get Hammered on Warwick Way

I have a beautiful crelly for you today - Nails Inc Warwick Way.  I loved this color and this finish.  I've been thrilled with the application and staying power of all of my Nails Inc polishes.  Fantastic!

Then for a little bling (because my nails need bling a ding ding!) I added Nails Inc Hammersmith to the tips.  Great pairing!!!

I love the glitz of Hammersmith paired with the rich coverage of Warwick Way.

Nails Inc can be purchased at Sephora.

Suri Loves Boo Berry

I started off with two coats of the gorgeous Zoya Suri.  The Diva collection was among one of my absolute favorites and Suri is one of the crown jewels.  Perfect application and coverage.

To give it a bit of fun, I added one sparse coat of Girly Bits Boo Berry on top.  This was part of her Halloween collection, but I feel that it is appropriate any time of year.  A fun girly manicure!

Zoya can be purchased at Ulta, Girly Bits can be purchased through her big cartel store.

The Muse Loves Rhinestones

Today I have one of my favorite polishes, this is an older picture I thought I had accidentally deleted, but it was buried among the hundreds of soccer photos in a folder!

I started off with two coats of Loreal Muse's Attitude.  My friend Rachael declared Loreal to be her favorite drug store polish, so I decided to give it a go.  Wow, love the formula on this and the blend of colors is outstanding.  Rachael is a lovely lady I met through this community and she shares my obsession  love of polish and is one hell of a dustying goddess.  She is one of the reasons I love this community so very much.

Then I wanted to bling this baby out, so I went for Lynnderella I Don't Mean Rhinestones.  WOW.  It was breathtaking.  So much so the pictures can't even do it justice.  This may be my favorite Lynnderella along with Vampink.  Easily one of my favorites of all time.  Just.  Swoon.

I know Lynnderella isn't everyone's favorite, but I really do have to give the woman her props.  She knows how to make a good polish.  There is a reason why she has the cult following she does and people pay unfathomable amounts of money for her LE.  Me?  I get the regular priced ones, or I swap for them.  But I'm glad I have them for sure!!!

Ung.  Picture spam ahead!

Look at this beauty!

Loreal can be purchased at most drug stores.  Lynnderella can be purchased through her ebay store.
